We have finished painting Anemona Car Park, and it looks much better. Anemona Block was the last car park to be painted in our massive overhaul and restoration of the car parks, and nothing was left untouched. Dear Owners, we have been made aware of a number of apartments that Alpha Panareti has repossessed. They seem to be apartments where the owner never finished completing the purchase by getting their title deeds. If this is applicable to you, please get in touch with the committee as a matter of urgency.

We have now completed the sealing of Arodaphne Block roof.  We have just finished sealing the roof on the Anemona Block. As soon as funds are raised, we will continue to the Arodaphne Block.

We had a report that the light was out in the Kyklamino block. The lift engineer was called out, and while on-site, he serviced all the lifts.
