Deborah Whittle – (Owner in Anemona Block)
Over the past four years as President of the Thalassa View Gardens Committee, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with many of you to ensure our community remains a place we’re proud of. During this time, we’ve accomplished a number of key improvements—enhancing both the functionality and appearance of our shared spaces, strengthening financial oversight, and ensuring that maintenance and upgrades were carried out efficiently and responsibly. These achievements reflect not only hard work but also a deep commitment to transparency, communication, and long-term value for all owners.
a practical, results-driven approach to the management of Thalassa View Gardens, with a strong focus on financial control, compliance, and long-term asset protection. Through hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operations of the complex, I have developed a clear understanding of the challenges facing the community, particularly in relation to communal fee recovery, contractor management, and maintaining standards across a large development. Organised, decisive, and committed to ensuring that all owners are treated fairly while protecting the financial stability of the complex.
My key role in strengthening administrative processes, improving communication with owners and external parties, and addressing longstanding issues such as arrears and operational inefficiencies. To deal firmly but professionally with complex situations, including legal matters, contractor coordination, and resident compliance. My objective as President is to continue building a structured, transparent, and well-managed environment that safeguards property values and ensures the smooth running of the development for all owners.
As I seek your support to continue serving on the committee, I bring with me experience, continuity, and a strong sense of responsibility to our community. I believe that steady leadership, combined with a willingness to listen and adapt, is essential as we move forward with future projects and ensure Thalassa View Gardens continues to thrive. I would be honoured to have your vote and remain committed to representing the best interests of all owners.

Niki Theodosiou (Owner in Margarita Block)
My name is Niki, and I live at Thalassa View Gardens with my son. As a Cypriot, I have a strong connection to the local community and good local knowledge, together with family and friends involved in building, maintenance, and property renovation work, which I hope can be useful in helping improve and maintain the complex.
I currently work in retail, where I deal with people every day, so I am very used to communicating with different personalities and helping resolve situations in a calm and positive way. I enjoy working with people and believe good communication is very important within any community.
I also have a keen interest in stylish and sophisticated design and care a lot about the overall appearance and atmosphere of the complex. I would like to become more involved in supporting the committee and helping with future improvements to ensure Thalassa View Gardens continues to develop into an attractive, welcoming, and well-maintained place for both owners and residents.
