Dear Owners, we have been made aware of a number of apartments that Alpha Panareti has repossessed. They seem to be apartments where the owner never finished completing the purchase by getting their title deeds. We have now completed the sealing of Arodaphne Block roof.  We have just finished sealing the roof on the Anemona Block. As soon as funds are raised, we will continue to the Arodaphne Block.

We had a report that the light was out in the Kyklamino block. The lift engineer was called out, and while on-site, he serviced all the lifts.

There was an electrical fault on the pool pumps that was causing them to short Two switches have been changed.
