Calling all owners at Thalassa View Gardens, it has been a year since our last meeting; the time has gone quickly.

Any owners who feel they can contribute for FREE to put their name forward for a position on the management committee, please give me your name to me as soon as possible so that I can add it to the digital voting form. Please email your name to info@thalassa-view-gardens.online

At the meeting:

• Check for Quorum
• A review of the previous 12-month expenses will be presented.
• A proposed budget for the next 12 months
• A vote will be taken for 2023/2024 committee members.
• Number of paying owners/non-paying owners, reasons
• Lighting/security
• Change the way we invoice.
• A vote is to be taken for the next budget.
