My name is Yianna, and I am seeking a position on the management committee because I am genuinely invested in the upkeep and smooth operation of our property. I recognize that there are several areas requiring attention, ranging from essential repairs and general maintenance to the management of service providers and the overall decision-making processes. My aim is to contribute to resolving these issues in a cost-effective, efficient, and equitable manner for all residents.

I intend to focus on securing reliable professionals at competitive rates and ensuring that necessary work is completed promptly and without incurring unnecessary expenses. Additionally, I am available to offer support across all facets of managing our complex. Whether it involves liaising with legal professionals, municipal authorities, contractors, or other service providers, I am committed to providing proactive assistance whenever it’s needed.

Above all, if elected, my priority will be to listen to the concerns of all residents, take decisive action, and strive to simplify processes for everyone. I am eager to collaborate with you, to ensure that our complex is a community we can all be proud to call home.

Over the past three years as President of the Thalassa View Gardens Committee, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with many of you to ensure our community remains a place we’re proud of. During this time, we’ve accomplished a number of key improvements—enhancing both the functionality and appearance of our shared spaces, strengthening financial oversight, and ensuring that maintenance and upgrades were carried out efficiently and responsibly. These achievements reflect not only hard work but also a deep commitment to transparency, communication, and long-term value for all owners.

As I seek your support to continue serving on the committee, I bring with me experience, continuity, and a strong sense of responsibility to our community. I believe that steady leadership, combined with a willingness to listen and adapt, is essential as we move forward with future projects and ensure Thalassa View Gardens continues to thrive. Hi neighbours,

I’m Silvia, and I’m putting myself forward for the management committee because I genuinely care about our community and want to help make our residential complex an even better place to live.

This isn’t just a temporary address for me-it’s my premiant home. I’ve chosen to build my life here, and that gives me a long-term perspective on how we can maintain and improve our living environment.

Some of you might know me as the crazy plant lady-yes, that’s my balcony overflowing with greenery in anemone house! But my love of plants isn’t just a hobby it reflects how I approach our community; with care, patience and the belief that small efforts lead to long-lasting growth. Just like a garden, a residential complex flourishes when it’s tended to thoughtfully and consistently.

Here’s what I bring to the table: A deep personal investment in wellbeing of this community.

A strong eye for aesthetics and sustainability (just imagine more green corners and better use of shared spaces.)
