how is the communal fee worked out
Each owner’s share of the costs will be initially based and calculated on the square meter of the property as at the land register. An allowance is calculated and divided as a percentage set at the land register.
A quote for services based on the previous year, plus any special work that is need for the future year is provided, this is based on what the owners voted for at last general meeting.
