A candidate must receive 51% of the votes to be elected to the committee.
The additional rules will need to be redrafted, as most were accepted except for the pet rule. Further discussion is required to reach an agreement that suits the entire community. Once the rules are redrafted, I will send them to all owners digitally. When we achieve 75% acceptance, we can print the rules and submit them to the land register.
The solicitors’ part of the rules update has passed the vote.
